Sizzling Brownies With Ice-Cream Without Oven
Hello, foodies so recently we have celebrated the chocolate day with our loved ones. Most people like brownies especially chocolate ones. So today let’s make sizzling brownies with ice-cream. It contains flour, dark chocolate or compound chocolate, sugar, eggs, baking soda. If you want to make it eggless just skip adding eggs remaining procedure will be the same. Umm! I can’t control it anymore so, let’s get started…
Steps for sizzling Brownie With Ice-Cream
- Prepare brownie without using the oven
- Prepare chocolate sauce
- Serve it properly with a sizzling plate and ice-cream loaded over brownies.
- Dark chocolate or compound chocolate (use according to your preference)
- Fresh cream
- Brown sugar
- Plain flour
- Baking soda
- Powdered sugar
- Eggs ( you can skip this )
Procedure for making fudge brownies
Take a pan and boil water in it bring it to a simmer. Take 200gm semi-sweet dark chocolate or pure dark chocolate, cut it into small pieces. Place the bowl on the top of the pan because we want to melt the chocolate by using the double boiling method.
In this method we use two pans or utensils to melt chocolate. Here we have placed this bowl on the top of the pan. Then add approximately 100gm of Butter. Mix the butter with chocolate and let it melt completely. After some time check the consistency of the chocolate. If there are any lumps in it then stir it until it becomes lumps-free. Take out the bowl from the pan, and let it cool.
Now, in another bowl take ½ cup of brown sugar, 1 cup of powdered sugar or granulated sugar, 3 medium size eggs. One at a time. Mix after each addition (here add 3 eggs one by one after adding 1 egg stir it properly repeat the procedure for the rest two eggs. So the sugar will get mix properly and it won’t affect the taste). Stir it properly. If you don’t want to add eggs you can skip this step. Mix until it becomes creamy. After that add ¼ TSP salt, 1 TSP vanilla essence add the chocolate-butter mix we prepared before. Mix it well.
Now add ½ cup of all-purpose flour (maida),1/4 cup cocoa powder stiff them together. Then gently fold them into the batter. If you think your batter is too thick then you can add 1 or 2 TSP of milk in it to maintain its thickness. Then pour the batter into the baking pan. Shake the pan and tap gently. Bake it for 30 minutes at 330°F/180°C in a preheated oven.
If you don’t have an oven then take a pressure cooker to remove its whistle and at the base of it pour salt then pre-heat it for 5-10 minutes and then put this pan in it and let it bake for at least half-hour. In the baking process don’t burn the base due to overheating. To check that our batter is baked or not. Take a toothpick and dip it in the middle. If it comes out easily then your batter is baked.
Let it cool. After it gets cool dip the knife into hot water, wipe it, cut it into pieces clean the knife after each cut. Yes, the perfect fudgy brownies are ready.
Heat up a pan and add 1 TSP of Butter, along with butter also add 200gm chocolate ( compound chocolate) then add 200ml of fresh cream basically 1 packet of Amul fresh cream. Shake it before using, on the low flame mix all well. Now chocolate is completely melted and our sauce is ready. Yum! So creamy and thick.
Then take a sizzler plate. Keep the plate in high heat. It will take 5 minutes to heat up. smoke is coming out from the plate our plate is ready. In the wooden base, we will apply some butte. This will ensure that we will get an even more sizzler effect. It is totally optional. Place the sizzling plate over a wooden base. Take 1 brownie to crush it into the crumb. I’ve kept a small brownie piece in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes that ensured it gets really firm after that it get very easy to the crumb.
Place this powder into a sizzler plate. It will prevent the Brownie from burning. Place it in the center. After these put brownies over it. After that place, 2 ice-cream scoops over brownies then sprinkle some chocolate sauce over it. For making it more attractive you can also use strawberry. Before serving add chocolate sauce over a sizzling plate. So it will start sizzling.
Note:- low sizzling effect cause plate cooled for 10 minutes.
