Schezwan Noodles At Home
Hey Guys so How are You..?? I know due to this lockdown you guys are missing street food . So, Today I’m going to teach you How to make Schezwan Noodles at home . The spicy , and yummy just like Restaurant. Yes… it’s possible you can make Restaurant style schezwan noodles.
- Sesame oil
- Tomato sauce
- Soya sauce
- Schezwan sause
- Black pepper powder
- Boiled Noodles
- Spring onions
So, let’s start with our delicious dish Schezwan noodles. The taste for which you’re craving. We have solution for your hunger. Heat a pan on high flame and add sesame oil (1 TSP ) then add lot of chopped garlic in it. It will give a nice flavour to our dish . Then add finely chopped ginger. Fry them for 30 second. Don’t burn it .
Add carrots after frying ginger . I’m using sliced veggies if you want you can use finely chopped veggies too. It’s your dish we just need your touch .
After frying for while add sliced onions fry them too. After that add capsicum . I know children generally don’t like this but they eat it in noodles. So it’s a best way to add veggies which is nutritious for them with there most favourite noodles. Don’tfry longer Just fry for a minute. Mix them well and add sliced cabbage in it. No need to cook cabbage. We have to maintain crunch of veggies they should not turn soft.
Let’s add sauces, Add Tomato sauce (ketchup 1 TSP ), Soya sauce ( 1 TSP ) , Schezwan sause ( 1 ½ TSP ). Add vinegar , black pepper powder and salt according to taste. Mix well together.
Then add boiled Noodles in it and mix it well. Heat them on high falme for 5-6 minutes .

Your Schezwan noodles are ready. The aroma has made me hungry so now don’t waste your time and let’s make it at your home . Its taste is same as to the noodles we brought from Restaurant. Serve it by sprinkling some spring onions.
