Italian Style Masala Macaroni Recipe
I know I haven’t posted anything these months I’m extremely sorry for that, but from today onwards I’ll try my best to provide yummy, healthy, and faithful recipes. so as you saw today we are going to learn recipes for masala macaroni.
As we all know today’s children won’t compromise with the taste but we want them to have healthy food and masala macaroni is a healthy as well as yummy dish also it is not that time-consuming. you can make it with all the ingredients available in your kitchen for yummy and healthy lunch. so let’s get started…
Ginger (finely chopped)
2 green chilies (finely chopped)
Tomatoes (2 finely chopped)
½ capsicum (finely chopped)
1 carrot (chopped)
Red chili flakes(1 Tsp)
Italian seasons (1 Tsp optional)
Red chili sauce (2 Tsp)
Tomato ketchup (¼ Tsp)
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)

which you can make with all the ingredients available in your kitchen. This is also a great lunch box recipe but I will suggest having it immediately as it is yummy when it is hot.
Italian Style Masala Macaroni Recipe
Take a pan pour enough water (around 1½ glass). once it comes to a boil add a half TSP of salt then we will add Macaroni shells. cook the macaroni our macaroni is done now we will strain it with the help of a strainer. it will help us to remove excess water pour a little oil onto the strained macaroni to prevent them from sticking to each other.
Recipe Of Masala For Macaroni
Take a Pan and add 2 TSP of oil in it then add 1 large onion finely chopped,1 TSP ginger finely chopped,1 TSP of garlic finely chopped,2 green chilies finely chopped(you can add ginger-garlic paste if available). the flavor you will get after adding ginger garlic is just what we need. each and every ingredient gives a nice flavor to this dish saute them all until onions get brown color. once onion turns nice brown then add 2 tomatoes finely chopped to it to this add 1 TSP of salt it will help tomatoes to cook fastly. mix it well then add ½ capsicum chopped,1 carrot chopped, few chopped beans pour half cup of water to cook all the veggies. you can also add other healthy veggies available in your kitchen.
cover it and cook for about 10 minutes. now we will add some spices and sauces to make it masaledar(spicy/marinated).
add 1 TSP of red chili flakes,1 TSP of Italian seasoning,2 TSP of red chili sauce,¼ TSP of tomato ketchup, and some grated mozzarella cheese. Mix it well. These sauces will make it tasty. although Italian seasoning is optional I will suggest you use it for Italian taste. then t make it more attractive sprinkle some coriander leaves and mix them well
Here we are done with our masaledar macaroni with a touch of home !!
Remember to serve it hot. don’t preserve it for too long as we have added some sauce to it. While serving grate some cheese over it and sprinkle some coriander leaves to make it look more tempting. I know mothers are always under stress to give a portion of healthy and tasty food to their children. My mom also wants me to have green veggies that I don’t like at all, so she does such experiments to give me the taste I want and the taste that makes me go Umm.
