  1. The setup ice cream should be dense, creamy, and free of any ice crystals. Ice crystals are the enemy of ice cream, they’re caused by the ice cream maker not freezing the batter fast or efficiently enough.

  2. Now, however, with the rise of global warming and the many excellent benefits it brings to the climate, they are becoming essential but you still want the best ice cream maker and not a cheapo, crappy one.

  3. Ice cream makers really don’t get the credit they deserve. Apart from convenience, they’re perfect if you’re picky when it comes to ingredients, and they allow you to get creative with some funky flavours.
